Roles & responsibilities
- Sourcing/generating gold loan business from open market.
- Achieve monthly targets.
- Work in close collaboration with Cluster Head for targeting new avenues for business.
- SahiBandhu Head will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies.
- To increase sales in the assigned territory.
- To generate business and promote the brand in the market.
- To be a good team player and self-motivated.
- Ensure that client's demands are captured, understood, agreed, delivered which creates a positive perception to the client.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Willing to travel in field and interact with customers.
- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the Bank channel partners.
Experience & expertise
- Age - 18 years and above.
- Willing to travel in the field.
Qualification
- Any Graduate/Post-Graduate.
