User agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under his account or password. He should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform the company immediately if he has any reason to believe that his password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. User is to ensure that the details provided by him are correct and complete and inform the company immediately of any changes to the information that he provided when registering. SBFSPL reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at any time without notice.
USE OF THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES
By using this site user acknowledge that the Services are for his personal use only and agree not to sell, publish, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Services or Product purchased via the Platform. User acknowledges that any data including but not limited to the pricing of the Products and typographical errors may occur or maybe inaccurately displayed on the Platform. Therefore, in the event that Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, then the company have right to correct it.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
By using this site the user agrees not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information or User Submissions which belongs to another person and to which the Customer does not have any right to or is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another´s privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force; is harmful to children in any way; infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights; violates any law for the time being in force; deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or knowingly and intentionally communicates any information which is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact; impersonates another person; contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation; is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person; contains misleading information regarding the origin of the content; or
If the user is found to be in non-compliance with the laws and regulations, these Terms, or the privacy policy of the Website, SBFSPL shall have the right to immediately terminate/block usersr access and usage of the Website and remove any non-compliant Content and or comment, or any unlawful information, which is prohibited under any law for the time being in force, uploaded by you, subject to storage post removal as required under applicable laws, and shall further have the right to take recourse to such remedies as would be available to SBFSPL under the applicable laws.

PAYMENT GATEWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DISCLAMIER:
This Service is being provided in order to facilitate access to our customers (“User”/”You”) to pay through online to the Bank through an electronic and automated collection and remittance service (the “Payment Gateway”) hosted by third-party payment service providers. The bank and SahiBandhu Fintech Services Private Limited (“Owner”) makes no representation of any kind, express or implied, as to operation of the Payment Gateway other than what is specified for this purpose. The user expressly agrees that his/her use of the aforesaid online payment service is entirely at his/her/their own risk and responsibility of the User.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Bank, its affiliates or employees shall in no way be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or any other intangible loses arising out of or in connection with access to or usage of the Payment Gateway Service.
You shall indemnify and hold harmless, the Bank and their respective officers, directors, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions. The Bank will not be liable for any failures in the external link or for any fraud perpetrated either at the payment gateway and or at the other bank end that could take place during or after the time of you making payment.
You agree, understand, and confirm that any personal data including details related to debit card or Bank accounts submitted by you during the time of making payment is transmitted over the internet and is susceptible to misuse, theft and/or fraud and that Bank has no control over such matters.
Although all reasonable care has been taken towards guarding against unauthorized use of any information transmitted by you, the Bank does not in any way guarantee that the use of the payment gateway will not result in theft and/or unauthorized use of data over the Internet.
Protection of Owner's Interests
While Owner strives to provide a secure and reliable Payment Gateway Service, the user acknowledges that the Owner's primary role is that of a facilitator, and the execution of transactions involves multiple parties, including banking partners. Consequently, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to the use of the Payment Gateway Service. The user recognizes that any disputes, discrepancies, or issues related to payments, transactions, or the functionality of the Payment Gateway Service should be directed to the respective banking partner(s) and not the Owner. The Owner's liability is expressly limited to the extent required by applicable laws and regulations, with any recoverable damages being limited to the extent provided therein.
Owner retains the right to enforce any necessary legal actions to protect its intellectual property rights, proprietary information, and financial interests in all transactions facilitated through this platform. The user acknowledges and agrees to cooperate with Owner and its banking partners in such actions, as needed.
DEBIT/CREDIT CARD, BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS
You may pay the amount to the Bank by using a Debit Card, UPI or through your Internet Banking facility. You submit and agree that the Debit card details provided by you to the Payment Gateway for payment transaction processing will be correct and you shall not use a debit card, which is not lawfully owned by you.
You agree that when you initiate a payment transaction and/or issue an online payment Instruction and provide your Debit Card or Bank account details:
- You warrant that you are fully and lawfully entitled to use the said Debit card or Bank Account for such transactions.
- You are responsible to ensure that all the Debit Card or Bank Account details provided by you are accurate.
- You are authorizing the debit to nominated Debit Card or Bank account for the settlement of amount selected by you along with the applicable fees.
- You are responsible to ensure that sufficient credit is available on your presented Debit Card or Bank Account at the time of making the payment to permit the payment of the amount selected by you inclusive of the applicable fees.
REFUND FOR CHARGE BACK TRANSACTION: In case of any claim for/of charge back by the User for any reason
whatsoever, such User shall immediately approach Bank with his/her claim details and claim refund from Bank
alone. Such refund (if any) shall be effected only by Bank via payment gateway. No claims for refund/charge
back shall be made by any User to the Payment Service Provider(s) and in the event such claim is made it shall
not be entertained.
In these Terms and Conditions, the term “Charge Back” shall mean, approved and settled
amount through debit card/UPI/internet banking which are at any time refused, debited or charged back to the
person who initiated the transaction (and shall also include similar debits to Payment Service Provider’s
accounts, if any) by the acquiring bank for any reason whatsoever, together with the bank fees, penalties and
other charges incidental thereto.
Refund for fraudulent/duplicate transaction(s): The User shall directly contact Bank for any fraudulent transaction(s) on account of misuse of Card/Bank details by a fraudulent Individual/party and such issues shall be suitably addressed by the other Bank alone in line with their policies and rules.
Server Slow Down/Session Timeout: In case the Website or Payment Service Provider’s web page that is linked to the bank website is experiencing any server related issues like ‘slow down’ or ‘failure’ or ‘session timeout’, the User shall, before initiating the second payment, check whether his/her Bank Account has been debited or not and accordingly resort to one of the following options:
- In case the other Bank Account appears to be debited, ensure that he/she does not make the payment twice and immediately thereafter contact concerned Bank via e-mail to confirm payment.
- In case the other Bank Account is not debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction to make payment. However, the User agrees that under no circumstances the Payment Gateway Service Provider of the Bank shall be held responsible for such fraudulent/duplicate transactions and hence no claims should be raised to Payment Gateway Service Provider. No communication received by the Payment Service Provider(s) in this regards shall be entertained by the Payment Service Provider(s).
- The Customer agrees and understands that the amount shall be from his/her own savings bank account held with bank. The Customer agrees and understands that the amount so transferred by him /her shall be credited to their Gold Loan Account within three (3) working days from the date of transfer.
By proceeding ahead with payment process you expressly agree and provide your consent to the above mentioned Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions for Online Payments
1. Purpose of the Service
This service is provided to facilitate online payments to banks through
an electronic and automated collection and remittance service, known as the "Payment Gateway," hosted by
third-party payment service providers. Each bank makes no representations, express or implied, regarding the
operation of the Payment Gateway beyond its specified purpose. Users acknowledge that they use this online
payment service entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
2. Limitation of Liability
The bank, its affiliates, or employees shall not be liable for any
direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to,
damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or any other intangible losses arising from or in connection with
access to or usage of the Payment Gateway Service. The bank assumes no liability for any monetary or other
damage suffered by you due to any delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of data or information
transmitted, or errors in connection with the use of the Payment Gateway Service. Users agree to indemnify and
hold harmless the respective bank and its officers, directors, and employees from any claim, demand, or
actions.
3. Security and Personal Data
Users agree, understand, and confirm that any personal data,
including details related to debit cards or bank accounts, submitted during the payment process is transmitted
over the internet and is susceptible to misuse, theft, and fraud. The bank has no control over such matters.
While all reasonable care has been taken to guard against unauthorized use of transmitted information, no
guarantee is provided that the use of the payment gateway will be free from theft and unauthorized use of data
over the internet.
4. Debit/Credit Card and Bank Account Details
Users may make payments to the bank using a Debit
Card, UPI, or Internet Banking facility. By initiating a payment transaction and providing Debit Card or Bank
account details, users confirm that they are fully and lawfully entitled to use the provided payment method
and that the information provided is accurate. Users authorize the debit to the nominated Debit Card or Bank
account for the settlement of the selected amount, including applicable fees. Users are responsible for
ensuring that sufficient credit is available on the presented Debit Card or Bank Account when making the
payment.
5. Refund and Charge Back
In case of a claim or chargeback for any reason, users must approach the
respective bank for a refund. Any refund will be processed by the bank via the payment gateway. No claims for
refund or chargeback should be made to the Payment Service Provider(s).
6. Server Issues
In the event of server-related issues, users should:
- Check if their bank account has been debited before initiating a new payment.
- If the bank account has been debited, contact the bank immediately to confirm the payment.
- If the bank account has not been debited, initiate a fresh transaction for payment.
- The Payment Gateway Service Provider will not be held responsible for fraudulent or duplicate transactions, and claims related to such transactions will not be entertained.
7. Payment Process
By proceeding with the payment process, users expressly agree to and provide
consent for the above-mentioned Terms and Conditions.
8. Enforcement of Rights
Owner retains the right to enforce any necessary legal actions to protect
its intellectual property rights, proprietary information, and financial interests in all transactions
facilitated through this platform. The user acknowledges and agrees to cooperate with Owner and its banking

Ans: No. You cannot. The customer referral program is for our existing customers and wants to refer his / her friend / relative for a gold loan. However, you can become a SahiBandhu advisor/agent and earn commission for generating such leads. Ans: You are eligible for the referral voucher only when the new customer you have referred has successfully taken the gold loan through SahiBandhu. - Is there any minimum gold loan amount for the new customer to take (whom I have referred) for me to avail the referral voucher?
Ans: Yes, there is a minimum amount of INR. 50,000. The new customer, who you have referred, must take a gold loan of the minimum amount of INR.50,000. - Is there any maximum gold loan amount for the new customer can take (whom I have referred) for me to avail the referral voucher?
Ans: No, there is no maximum gold loan amount. The customer can take any permissible amount (as per the bank) starting from INR 50,000 - How long will it take for me to receive the referral voucher once the customer I have referred has taken the gold loan through referral program?
Ans: You will receive the referral voucher in within 10 working days’ time after the customer you have referred has successfully taken the gold loan. - How many customers can I refer? Will I get referral voucher every time I refer?
Ans: There is no limit to the number of customers you can refer for Gold Loan. You will receive referral vouchers when the customer you have referred has successfully taken the gold loan. The more customers you refer and take the gold loan, the more your earn!

Ans: You may refer a friend / relative who is already a SahiBandhu gold loan customer. However, you will not be eligible to receive the customer referral voucher. The customer referral voucher can be availed only if you refer a new customer (customer who is not an existing SahiBandhu customer). - Can I get referral voucher in cash?
Ans: No, you cannot avail the voucher in cash. The referral voucher can be used on the allowed website only (as per the voucher). - Can I get referral voucher if I take another gold loan through SahiBandhu?
Ans: If you take another repeat gold loan through SahiBandhu, you may be eligible for a repeat voucher. You may contact our customer support team on 18003098440 for more details. - What is the process to refer new customers for a gold loan?
Ans: You can share the new customer details in the following ways:

Can I get the referral voucher?
Ans: No, you cannot. It is mandatory for you to share the new customer details with SahiBandhu team as mentioned in FAQ point 11 before taking the gold loan. - How do I receive the referral voucher?
Ans: You will be informed through call and WhatsApp when the customer who you have referred has successfully taken the gold loan through SahiBandhu.
