Rajesh Shet
CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Rajesh Shet co-founded SahiBandhu FinTech Services and has been instrumental in unlocking growth & expansion opportunities since its inception. His passion for innovation and background in the affiliated jewellery business facilitated him to nurture and lead SahiBandhu. With diverse exposure in incubation, sales, networking, and general management, Rajesh has expanded SahiBandhu's presence pan India, making it one of the leading players in the gold loan segment. His vision is to make SahiBandhu, India's No. 1 gold loan aggregator platform.
Rajesh holds more than 28 years of experience in ITeS, FinTech, and Financial Service Industries. During his 17 years with The Manipal Group, he has created and built various new lines of businesses in the BFSI domain, such as MCT Cards & Technology and incubated FinTech venture SahiPay.
Rajesh is a member of the FICCI- FinTech committee, FCC- MSME & Consumer Lending committee, and NPCI- Banking Card Manufacturer forum. Before joining The Manipal Group, he was part of the Accel Frontline Ltd and Minicomp Group. Rajesh is a graduate of B.E. in Electronics & Communication from Karnataka University. His interests include music, movies and reading. While being a foodie, he is passionate about sports, fitness & running marathons.
Anuj Arora
CO-FOUNDER & COO
Anuj has 11+ years of experience in Strategy & Finance. He looks after Digital Acquisition, Product, Data Analytics, Strategy and Operations at SahiBandhu. Previously, as a part of The Manipal Group, he was instrumental in curating and strategizing innovative Business Models. He played a crucial role in Mergers and Acqusition transactions as well.
Anuj has earlier been a part of organizations like Carlsberg and has had global exposure managing large scale projects in Business Intelligence and Reporting for 11 countries. He was also a part of Larsen & Toubro in leading the Finance function for L&T’s Design Engineering Unit. He has extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic plans. Anuj is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a member of ICAI and has done his MBA from IIM- Bangalore. Anuj is passionate about Formula One and is an ardent traveler.
Amit Gupta
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Amit has 21+ years of experience in the software products and service industry, both in India and internationally i.e. the USA and UK. He consistently demonstrates technological prowess, leading product development teams and assuming pivotal roles as an architect across various projects.
Amit holds a Bachelor's from NIT Trichy and an Executive MBA from IIM Lucknow. He has held impactful roles at Bharti Telecom, Infosys, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of America, and led Ascentx Software in India while collaborating with global banks like Prudential, Bank of Montreal, Citibank, and Wells Fargo. He has also held key positions at Royal Bank of Scotland. In his role as the Vice President for Platform Engineering, Machine Learning, and Distributed Ledger Technology at Magic FinServ, Noida. He demonstrated technical prowess, strategic insight, and dedication to a healthy lifestyle and music.
Jyotika Satija
HEAD OF FINANCE
Jyotika, a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of experience, excels in corporate finance, taxation, budgeting, and commercial operations. She has managed financial books, ensured tax compliance, and developed forecasting models. Her expertise includes standardisation of processes, capital budgeting, and financial analysis.
At Electrolux India, she was key in setting up new business operations. She also worked at PWC and E&Y, focusing on business reviews, economic benchmarking, and tax compliance. Prior to SahiBandhu, she was Head of Finance at Anand Techplast and at SahiBandhu, Jyotika oversees financial planning, analysis, and reporting. In her free time, she enjoys reading fiction books, indulging in sketching, and practising yoga.
