Her expertise in sales and distribution, operations, and strategic partnerships, complemented by her deep understanding of digital innovation, has enabled her to consistently deliver exceptional results.
At SBI Cards, she played a key role in elevating the company to become a leading credit card issuer in India, focusing on strategic distribution expansion and innovative sales models. Her tenure at Mastercard as a corporate strategy leader and business transformation leader was marked by the successful delivery of new partnerships and products, significantly contributing to the company's bottom line.
Puja is certified in Quality Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma, highlighting her commitment to operational excellence and business transformation. Anuj Arora

Anuj has 11+ years of experience in Strategy & Finance. He looks after Digital Acquisition, Product, Data Analytics, Strategy and Operations at SahiBandhu. Previously, as a part of The Manipal Group, he was instrumental in curating and strategizing innovative Business Models. He played a crucial role in Mergers and Acqusition transactions as well.
Anuj has earlier been a part of organizations like Carlsberg and has had global exposure managing large scale projects in Business Intelligence and Reporting for 11 countries. He was also a part of Larsen & Toubro in leading the Finance function for L&T’s Design Engineering Unit. He has extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic plans. Anuj is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a member of ICAI and has done his MBA from IIM- Bangalore. Anuj is passionate about Formula One and is an ardent traveler.
Amit Gupta
CTO
Amit has 21+ years of experience in the software products and service industry, both in India and internationally i.e. the USA and UK. He consistently demonstrates technological prowess, leading product development teams and assuming pivotal roles as an architect across various projects.
Amit holds a Bachelor's from NIT Trichy and an Executive MBA from IIM Lucknow. He has held impactful roles at Bharti Telecom, Infosys, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of America, and led Ascentx Software in India while collaborating with global banks like Prudential, Bank of Montreal, Citibank, and Wells Fargo. He has also held key positions at Royal Bank of Scotland. In his role as the Vice President for Platform Engineering, Machine Learning, and Distributed Ledger Technology at Magic FinServ, Noida. He demonstrated technical prowess, strategic insight, and dedication to a healthy lifestyle and music.
Ankur Mathur
Head HR
Ankur Mathur is a highly accomplished Human Resources leader with over 19 years of in-depth experience across the BFSI and Fintech sectors. In his current role as Head of HR at SahiBandhu Fintech Services Pvt. Ltd., he drives the strategic vision for HR, overseeing the development and execution of initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and foster a high-performance culture.
Ankur has a distinguished track record of successfully establishing and optimizing HR functions, including Recruitment, Operations, and Payroll. He has played a pivotal role in setting up and leading these functions at well-known organizations such as Unicon and PC Finance (Opera Group). His expertise is centered on creating and implementing forward-thinking HR strategies that nurture employee engagement, enhance organizational efficiency, and cultivate a positive work environment.
Ankur’s educational qualifications include an Executive Management Programme from IIM Lucknow, a PGDM in Human Resources, and a specialized certificate in "People Management for Entrepreneurs" from IIM Bangalore. In addition, he is a trained SAP professional, integrating technological solutions to streamline HR processes and drive operational excellence.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Ankur has a passion for travel and badminton, pursuits that reflect his commitment to a well-rounded and balanced lifestyle.
Jyotika Satija
HEAD OF FINANCE
Jyotika, a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of experience, excels in corporate finance, taxation, budgeting, and commercial operations. She has managed financial books, ensured tax compliance, and developed forecasting models. Her expertise includes standardisation of processes, capital budgeting, and financial analysis.
At Electrolux India, she was key in setting up new business operations. She also worked at PWC and E&Y, focusing on business reviews, economic benchmarking, and tax compliance. Prior to SahiBandhu, she was Head of Finance at Anand Techplast and at SahiBandhu, Jyotika oversees financial planning, analysis, and reporting. In her free time, she enjoys reading fiction books, indulging in sketching, and practising yoga.
